a tradition was born! Hundreds of people from all
over descend upon historic Cascade Park Pavillion to
listen to some of the finest polka music in the
business.
Welcome to the 22nd Annual Lawrence County Polish Day -
where everybody is Polish! |
On September 23rd,
twelve time GRAMMY Nominated Lenny Gomulka and The
Chicago Push and, first time to this area, The Boys,
will take the stage at 1:30.
This event will be
selling not only beer but will have cold
Zywiec beer on hand to quench your thirst.
Hungry? Not a problem.
The men and women of Holy Trinity Parish will be serving
up delicious Polish food! Save room for take-outs. |

Want to do some
early Christmas shopping? We can help out.
Check out our craft/vendor section where you can find
everything from sweets to trinkets and everything in
between.
Like to help others in need out - you can donate
back-to-school supplies and money to charities in Bardo,
Poland. Find the boxes at the front of the
hall. A big Dziekuje to you for your past
generosity!
Finally, since 1993, proceeds from Polish Day have gone
to help local high school seniors (of Polish descent)
who are furthering their education.
Current proceeds will continue to benefit the
scholarship fund as well as the American Polish Central
Committee's outreach activities. |
